Driver's License

The State of Michigan has a graduated driver's license program. Until you reach 18 years of age, certain restrictions will be placed on you, including whom you can drive with and when you can drive. The first phase in getting your driver's license, known as Segment 1, consists of driver education, behind-the-wheel training, and a written test on traffic laws, road signage, and safe driving techniques. A person must be 14 years and 8 months by the first day of Segment 1 and have a parent's or guardian's permission to enter the program.

The classroom phase of this segment will likely be highly informative, and should provide you with the information that you need to pass your exams. However, actually retaining all of this information can be difficult. You must complete a minimum of 24 hours of classroom instruction, but no more than two hours of instruction per day. This means that your driver education course will take place at minimum over the course of 12 separate days. Don't risk not having the notes that you need to pass your test - use our Cheat Sheet! With all of the information that you need at your fingertips, you are sure to pass!

Michigan Motorcycle License

If you are under 18 years of age, you will have to successfully complete a state-certified motorcycle safety course. This course contains both classroom training and behind-the-wheel or skills training. Once you have completed this course, you can present your certificate of completion and apply for your CY endorsement, or motorcycle license. The final stage in the process is passing a written knowledge test which covers topics such as road rules, road signage, and safe riding techniques.

The knowledge test can be difficult to pass if you don't practice for it ahead of time. Thankfully, we've got the answer for you. Our motorcycle Cheat Sheets combine all of the information that you need to pass your written test into one easy-to-read document. Commercial Driver's License

Though you must be 21 years of age to drive a commercial vehicle on interstate routes, you can get a Michigan commercial driver license for in-state routes at 18 years of age. In order to get a CDL Temporary Instruction Permit (TIP) from the State of Michigan, you will have to pass vision and knowledge tests. The knowledge tests that you are required to take will depend on the type of license that you are applying for and any endorsements that you may be pursuing. Endorsements provide extra driving privileges that are not granted with a standard commercial license, such as the ability to drive a vehicle with air brakes or those transporting hazardous materials.

With our CDL Cheat Sheets, you can pass your knowledge tests with ease. It also makes a great reference guide when taking a Michigan driver's license practice test. Containing all of the information that you need to answer the test questions correctly in one easy-to-use and concise guide, you can quickly refer to it before taking your test. Accessible on smartphones and tablets as a PDF document, you can bring it up at any time. The power to pass your test is always right at your fingertips!
